Having recently had a vehicle rear-ended, I asked him a handful of questions both at the beginning and at the end of our claim process (as I was working with the claims agent in between). Every time Paul responded to my questions, he made it feel like I was his only priority (which was surely not the case as he has oodles of other clients). Paul is also knowledgeable of his craft. When we originally signed up for insurance with Paul, the advice he gave us about adjusting our policy (from what it was with our previous insurer) played out to our benefit (exactly as he described) in the very claim above. We don't plan on ever leaving Knoxville, and we don't plan on ever switching our insurance policies from Paul either!"

"I had an issue with my mortgage (they purchased an expensive HOP despite having the documents supporting my coverage on 4 separate occasions over a 4 month period). One final call to my very helpful agent who has complied with their requirements for 4 months resulted in a text from the irresponsible mortgage company stating that they have now received what they have received 4 previous occasions. I won’t mention the Regions mortgage company that is responsible for this outrageous attempt to siphon even more money from me but be mindful of your Regions attempts to extract money for their inaction"
